All Business Service LLC is headed by Diane Koers, an established Sage 50 consultant. Her area of expertise has long been in providing training and support for Sage 50's US edition, as she has extensive knowledge of the program. In fact, her first experience with Sage 50 dates back more than 30 years, when it was still DOS-based!

Meet Our Owner

Diane Koers is a certified consultant for Sage 50's US edition. As such, she is continually tested to maintain a high level of knowledge on the products that she supports. Diane is able to provide remote access, email, phone support, and on-site solutions, depending on your software issues.

Besides co-authoring Peachtree for Dummies (Peachtree was Sage 50's previous name), and writing accounting software training for the program, Diane's authoring experience includes more than 45 books. She's written on topics such as PC security, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Works, WordPerfect, PaintShop Pro, Quicken, Lotus SmartSuite, Microsoft Money, digital media, and PC basics. Many of her books have been translated into Dutch, Bulgarian, French, Spanish, and Greek.
